Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear about this problem. You are correct that electric is included in the pitch price you booked. We are contacting Hendra now to ask them to rectify this error and will be in touch shortly. We haven't received another booking from you as far as we can tell so assume this happened via another company. Pitchup.com We have now spoken to Hendra Holiday Park who have confirmed that you did have an electric pitch booked with them through Pitchup.com in the first instance. A member of our team will be in touch with you soon to ensure this issue has been resolved.
