I have gone through pitch up an booked a tent plot on a hard standing caravan plot at grondre holiday park an noted it was for tent an gazebo so lost my 16 pound deposit ! Grondre have contacted me...

Thank you for your feedback. We do try to make it clear which units can be used on which pitches in the name of the pitch and by putting red crosses through the symbols of units (such as tents) that aren't accepted. Bookings are sent direct to the campsite so we will speak to Grondre to see if this can be amended. Pitchup.com

it's hard work at times working out what you are booking when looking at touring…
it's hard work at times working out what you are booking when looking at touring pitches and whether you get electricity or not and thus we have ended up booking incorrectly I would like to see one...

Thank you for your feedback which we will pass to our development team. Unfortunately it's not always possible to split out the electric/dog cost as a separate item, because some campsites include this in the basic pitch fee. In the meantime please note that the name and description of your pitch (e.g. 'non-electric grass pitch') will indicate whether electric is included or optional. Pitchup.com
