Processing final selection and payment, required logging in and out several times before process could be completed. Also I did nit receive any confirmation from Booked property, I had to follow up...

Hi Anthony, thanks for leaving us feedback. I'm sorry you had issues with making payment - sometimes these little tech glitches happen but we are always here to help if you have any problems. In terms of booking confirmations, as we are a third-party to the hotels, you will not receive a confirmation from them, but you can check that your booking is confirmed under "My Bookings" in your Play Travel account.
