Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear your order did not process as expected. The consultation process itself can take a few days as sometimes the online doctor will need to ask further questions before any medication will be approved/prescribed. Generally, when the medication is approved it will be passed to the pharmacy and dispensed/delivered as soon as possible. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards.
