Chat feature was helpful
Chat person very helpful. As I was filling out the application, the chat person answered every question I had quickly in terms I could understand.

Helpful customer service
Natasha was very helpful. I called in several times and she was always able to answer my questions. I wanted insurance without having to join a group. I was able to do that with Pet Care Insuarnce.
