Documents make reference to policy excess and exemption period - as per the policy schedule. but I don't have a policy schedule. Why not just state what they are

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise if you have not found our process to be transparent. My goal is firstly to ensure that you receive any required information, then or before we will be pleased to refund you if you are not fully satisfied with our terms.
We do list Excess in the Table of Cover on the Website and also FAQ's. We are open to discussing improving positioning.

So if its on the website - why say its in the policy schedule ?
plus a web site can be updated. I thought these details would be static and legally binding ?

Thank you for highlighting. Having resent the policy certificate, you have bought to our attention that we need to do more to make sure that we show clearly that there is no excess or exemption period on our Bronze, Silver or Gold Policies. We apologise again for any inconvenience.
