Delivery as promised. Well packaged. Products worked as intended. Marcato ravioli attachment takes some practice to master; make sure the pasta dough is pretty dry or you will end up with some gungy...

I hope you have now mastered the Marcato Ravioli attachment, as you say you have to ensure you make a dough which is not too wet. It should be soft but not stick to your hands. I have added a link to a You Tube video below showing how to make the dough and the pasta, should it help?
