Thank you for your feedback,and please accept our apologies for the delivery problems you have encountered. I am currently querying your delivery with our couriers as part of the tracking is not updated, from what I can see there had been a few attempts after the initial due date, as we use a good reputable courier I am surprised to hear this, I will report back to you by 5pm today,
