Everyone at Parrs.

Thank you for ordering from Parrs and for leaving feedback. After checking the notes against your order I can see that my colleague advised  prior to ordering that the lead time would be approximately 4-5 weeks. We also sent a copy of the user manual prior to you ordering which advises  how the machine works. I am sorry that you feel that you were not kept up to date with your order but my colleague did point out that this model was out of stock until early July. The Air Cooler works on the basis of circulating cool air around a room so the cooler the water, the cooler the expelled air will be. If you create an air flow through the room by means of open windows or and doors include ice cubes or ice packs  in the water tank this will help lower the temperature.

Thank you for your feedback but we are slightly confused by your comments. On 18th April you spoke to a member of our customer services team who agreed that we would take the Sack Truck back into stock so raised an internal returns note in readiness for you to return it. We did drop you an email to confirm the returns address but are still waiting for it to be returned. The alternative truck that you discussed is also reserved for you. If you still wish to return the truck and it is in an unused condition we are more than happy to accept it back into stock.
