Thank you for your comments and I am very sorry that you feel the service we provided was not up to scratch. At Palmer and Parker we take the feedback provided very seriously and if a client is not entirely satisfied we find out why.
I have taken the time to read through the correspondence between ourselves and you as the client and am struggling to see where you have had to wait many days for a reply from us. There are occasions when questions were raised that we needed to recheck with the villa and this can sometimes take an extra day or 2 to gather all of the information for all of the questions you raised.
The villa information was sent to you 3 weeks prior to your arrival. This is advised in both our Terms and Conditions and the letter sent at the time of the initial booking as being our standard procedure.
I do hope that your stay at Linucia was enjoyable and that you were able to explore the delights that Portugal has to offer!
