We did not receive our travel documents and had to get them by e mail on the day we were leaving for the holiday . The boat was sold to us as 5 stars , it was 3 star at best . The cabins were tiny ,...

Hi, many thanks for your feedback, sorry to hear about the condition of your hotel room we have taken this up with our suppliers and told them in no uncertain terms that our clients should not be placed into the older rooms.
