Thank you for providing this feedback, we are sorry you felt the cost of certain meals, that you sourced separately to our inclusive packet, were more expensive than expected.
I have spoken to our Sales Team and they do not have any record of contact from you upon your return, so we were unable to discuss your concerns.
We do not have any control over meal prices at different restaurants.
Relating to your comment about lack of room availability in the hotel in Santiago, it appears that there was a last minute decision by you to book an additional night and the hotel told us that now rooms were available. Our Sales Agent booked a different hotel 4 minutes walk away with your agreement. The Sales Agent managed to provide the new room to you at cost price as a good will gesture.
