Vg customer service - rang to say out of stock, rang again when in and sent next day - I knew exactly what was going on which is good around Christmas

The machine is excellent except that the model I ordered from O'Gorman's failed first time. I bought a replacement from elsewhere that works first time every time.

Ordered a Dualit food processor for international delivery to Ireland. Shown as in stock and ok to order. Oredr then cancelled as unable to send item to ireland. Re-ordered to deliver to my parents
