Too focused on the sale.
The product is good. But I found the service/sales people to be too focused on the sale. They don't stop to really listen, and keep pushing for the sale.

Could of been a lot better
Staff need to be more knowledgable or if they aren't familiar with a product, divert it to a person that is. Don't give incorrect important information.
