Application too long
The person i delt with was professional. The problem that i had was very long winded application. Too many questions. Some questions i felt were irrelevant as they where non life threatening.

Dont give your credit card till you receive policy
after signing up communication has been very poor!!! Debited my credit card but have received no policy. Not impressed!!!!!!!!
