Minces arrive soft and pretty much defrosted, despite packing in cold packs. The cubes are ok but I do think the minces need extra care

It is reassuring to know you liked the product.
The delivery was from our Courier Service and we are unable to provide the quality of service with this option as we are on our own temperature controlled delivery service. Natures Menu has reviewed this service and are delivering on our own vehicles where possible to ensure products are delivered in the best possible .condition
In regards to the price of our products when you purchase directly, we have never claimed to be any cheaper than our stockist, Natures Menu has a recommended retail price for our products that we adhere to, if our stockist wish to mark above or below this it is at their discretion to do so. We will always support our local stockists first and foremost, however the Natures Menu home delivery we provide is an alternative for those who find it a more convenient option.
All our customers are valued highly, whether they buy from the local stockist or directly from ourselves.
