We’re really pleased you had a lovely holiday, but very sorry to learn about your experience with seating on your return flight. Looking at the notes in the booking we did try to contact the airline to request seats together, but they are allocated based on availability and unfortunately it just isn’t possible for us to guarantee this (we wish it was). It must have been disappointing not sitting together and inconvenient spending time trying to sort it out during your time in Las Vegas. It’s not acceptable that you didn’t get a response to your email sent after you got back – would you mind forwarding it customerrelations@funway.co.uk and we can look in to it for you? We’d also like to find out why your original email did not get through to us. Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us again. Kind regards Linda

I was very happy with the service from My America Holiday. Booked through their call centre which was quick and easy, friendly staff who gave me great information about Universal like the early park entry benefits, free shuttle service and local restaurant recommendations....really helped as the girl had recently visited Orlando. Great price also, I did my research and found them the best value! Thank you for all your help making my holiday a fantastic one!

I can’t fault the Universal's Cabana Bay hotel. Very funky retro décor with a hip vibe with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were amazing - really friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to the Universal parks was ideal and came every 5 minutes meaning you didn’t have to hang around! The pool area was fantastic and clean, ideal for kids. Great location for exploring Orlando too. I would defiantly recommend this hotel for families with children.
