Hi, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our companies response. Your order did go through our system, a technical error occurred at checkout, where you should have been notified your items were out of stock.. We refunded your money less than 12 hours after the order was placed we also sent you an email at the same time to apologise and explain what had happened. When we received your email asking what you had been refunded for we resent the email again on the 24th. Can I suggest you check your junk folder for those 2 emails? We have now resent this email a third time.
