If you want to monitor for further Moth presence our Moth Traps are really effective and because they attract the male adult moths to the sticky strip they also help break the breeding cycle. We’re sorry to see that you have decided to leave a 1 star review for our service and product. With regards to our Service: We delivered your order the next working day by fully tracked DPD service. We have double checked the tracking and can see no indication of a problem that could result in you not being happy with our service. With regards to the Kit: The Kit you ordered has a 4.5 Star rating with our customers, so to receive your 1 star review is a shock to us. You mention ‘bad presentation’, but our intention is to always carefully pack our kitted products as safely as possible so that the contents reach our customers in undamaged condition. We torque-test lids and double-seal liquids with tape where applicable. All items are then packed to remove any risk of damage in transit. The products that you have received are not cheap - Our traps are produced in Germany and they are the very best on the market. Our Fumers, Sprays and Powders are all Professional Grade and used by the Trade! They are very effective at killing all stages of the moth life cycle. Our PPE (Masks and Gloves) are not cheap or inferior - The mask is the correct grade to protect you from powder, dust and spray, and also from the chemicals within. The gloves are graded to protect you from the chemicals that you may come into contact with. We are also careful not to provide excessively heavy duty gloves that would look reassuring, but be over-spec for the job and unnecessarily add additional cost to the price of the Kit. You should have received a User Guide as well as a Fumigation Guide with your Kit. Our Guides are all professionally printed full colour Z-Fold documents and written to make the treatment process as easy as possible. If you did not receive these Guides we are very sorry for this and we wish you had let us know so that could get them to you immediately. We would have posted hard copies to you same day, as well as email them to you as pdf’s to view on your computer/tablet/phone. We hope that you have been able to use your products and that your treatment went well? It’s a month since you ordered, but please do get in touch with us if you still require your User Guides.
