We felt that the Croydon store was very helpful, but I did not feel that we got the best service at Crawley store where we collected the suits from., It was a bit disorganised and we were not told...
It didn't start off well where the hired suit never arrived, a day before the wedding I was attending.
Thankfully Moss made amends well and I'm pleased with how it all turned out.
