I'm sorry about the issues with DHL, i believe on the day of delivery there tracking system crashed and caused some confusion. It should arrive on time and on a pre 12 which we paid the extra for to guarantee a safe delivery.
We will be looking at various solutions for 2022 to help improve on this.
