Hi there Mark, apologies for the short fall in our stock. Unfortunately on the day of your website purchase we were experiencing a system issue with the stock updater. This has since been fixed. On the day of your order, we did call to advise you the product was actually out of stock and offered you a full refund which is standard policy. The length of time a refund actually comes through to your bank is stipulated by the bank itself, we have no say on how quickly it can be processed unfortunately.

Sadly there are factors outside of our control such as couriers and sister company manufacturing schedules. We did respond to your emails to advise on updated estimations on when your order would be dispatched.
