We're very sorry to hear that your bulb blew after 2 weeks. We'd certainly expect them to last longer than that.

If you'd have contacted us when this happened we would have sent you a replacement bulb free of charge, but on this occasion what we can do is refund you for the order you placed for the new bulbs.

Hello Piet, thanks for getting in touch with us and we're sorry that you have not received your bulb as of yet. We would have expected this to have been with you by now. We are investigating this at the moment for you however we can assure you that the parcel was not stopped by customs as it was sent from within the EU. We will contact you directly with an update.
