Flights were fine and on time however I was charged for a bag on return journey and showed the check in operative paperwork to this effect and was told sorry not its not on the system you will pay

Thank you for your feedback, and your time on the phone.
As discussed, I arranged for the airline to investigate and they found an error with the link between the airline system and the check-in desk, which resulted in your pre-paid bag not showing. The airline has now has refunded the additional amount paid, which should show within 5 working days.

Apologies for the delay in you receiving your confirmation, we've investigated and found the original confirmation bounced back as an undeliverable email. It was rejected as spam.
We've now implemented a change which will alert us if a confirmation is not delivered.
