Hi Christine,
Thanks for bringing it to our attention that your order has not yet been received.
I have sent you an email with further tracking information. It looks as though delivery was attempted 11th December but was unsuccessful. I would hope it will be delivered today. If it has still not arrived by tomorrow please reply to our email or contact us on dom@man-cub.com, or 07739315896 and we will chase this with the courier company.
