We also regret that you were dissatisfied with the commentary provided by the local guides in Bergen and Oslo. We appreciate your comments regarding the lack of air conditioning and the discomfort caused by the heat in some hotels. While air conditioning is less common in certain regions, we agree that providing effective portable fans could have helped make your stay more comfortable, and we will pass this suggestion on to our partners for consideration.
