Hi Sarah, Thank you for your feedback which is much appreciated. I am really sorry that it took 4 days for us to let you know your payment had come through. We do endeavour to check the bank every other day, however sometimes we are inundated with imminent bookings coming in and we have to give priority to them as they are mostly next day ones. We do value all our customers and their transfers which have been booked with us, just sometimes we do have to make priority choices to ensure that no ones transfers are missed or not booked in time.
