We do try to get it right every time despite complications that arise on some bookings... mainly Air BNB's! Hi Tim, Thank you so much for your glowing review! We really do appreciate it... You are one of our regular walkers and I recognise your name each season as it comes in! I am particularly happy about the friendliness of the staff comment as we have always strived to be just that.. Never ever wanted it to be an internet based business completely. There is nothing to beat a voice on the end of the phone! The office staff consists of one person full time which is myself and then the two late shift ladies who cover the evenings from 3pm till 7pm and also the weekends. I believe in continuity and keeping staff to just the 3 of us, ensures just that. We don't miss much! When we started this business 10 years ago it was my idea to leave Thank you notes on the last day.. its a nice touch and you would be amazed at the comments we receive about them! I am also happy to hear that all your transfers went well on the day. We have an excellent team of about 50 drivers all around the coast who return to us year after year.. they love the job! We look forward to seeing you again soon when you return to tackle another part of the path, if there's any left to do! Hi Tracey, Thank you for your review. I am really pleased you found our prices reasonable.. in fact they have not been increased in the last three years and they have stayed the same. We do have certain areas where transfers cost more, like where there are rivers and estuaries as the drivers either have to pay the ferry (if there is one!) or they have to drive all the way round. Considering we move around 10,000 bags a month through the season its always good to have these lovely reviews telling us we did well! In the office here we strive to be as helpful as we can, ensure the booking is accurate on the system, then its down to the drivers out on the road.
