Due to our return policy that is at poolsupplies.com/page/returns-policy, the restocking fee had to be added to your return fee due to the float already being used in the water and there were no issues with the float itself. I received a solar panel from them and the box was torn and some parts where missing they went above and beyond to get the parts to me and they did this quickly so I could get it installed.
