Some information was quite hidden throughout the booking and I had to keep going back on myself to find it again and double check things - for example room type, tickets included etc

A joy to use
Very clear and easy to use. Add on's weren't pushed on you, but sensibly offered and clearly priced. We found no hidden costs, the price at the end was exactly as we expected.
