Booking easy.
Easy to book through website. One star removed because I couldn't find the ride reservation (qbot) as an add on option (which was possible in previous bookings).

Amazing staff
All staff i spoke to on wenchat and during enquoty stage on the phone could not be more helpful and the girl who took my booking qas amazing. She wnet above and beyond.
