Easy booking, but....
Great and easy booking service. Would have been 5 stars but my only issue is that we have booked a 2 night stay and booked the Bricks restaurant for an evening meal but it only gives you the option...

Had to try multiple times and although I paid for cancellation coverage, when my reservation was cancelled I had to wait 14 days to get my money back

Easy booking process but confusing to whether next day park entry is included which it used to be when booking a resort hotel with early access.

Friendly and helpful
