Bit awkward
Going to Legoland with friends, tried to book same hotel as our friends at the same time. There's went through, ours said there was a problem with my card, so tried the wife's card. Same again saying...

On this occasion, Im happy that we where able to move you to the same hotel as your friends. - This is always something we will try our very best to do for our guests. As long as the hotels have room to spare they are usually very good at helping us out.

Jamie, at the end of the phone, was so very helpful - making suggestions regarding room/booking, and including something lovely for my little boys birthday! I'm glad the website wasn't working...
