Dear Ms Juniper, I can only apologise for our oversight, I can assure you that your goods will be dispatched today for delivery tomorrow, I have also arranged for a refund of your carriage charge for this order. Again please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this delay has caused you. We will now reveiw our internal processes as this is the first time that this type of incident has happened in over 15 years of internet trading, as we take take great pride in our quick delivery service.
