Prefer not to work with Kapow moving forward.
Huge lack of communication. I think from a Customer perspective just knowing where things are at, and being responsive goes a long way. There has been times where my POC (point of contact) missed...

Once Kapow was aware of the situation, we immediately worked to ensure the venue understood the expected process, and quickly refunded you the amount you were charged.
