Firstly we would like to take this time to thank you for giving us your feedback. In response to your comments ,whilst we do aim to despatch all orders within two working days of receiving them, unfortunately we were not been able to despatch parcels as promptly as we would usually be able to due to an overwhelming response to our most recent mailing. Please rest assured that we will, however, always despatch goods to our customers as soon as we possibly can because, after all, it benefits neither party for us to not do so. Unfortunately, though, it may take us longer than the two working days that we hope to despatch orders within during busy periods when demand is high. Once goods are despatched, goods can take up to seven working days to arrive, although a very high percentage of the parcels that we despatch via our chosen courier firm arrive within only 48 hours or less once they have been despatched.
