Thank you for your valuable feedback and we are very sorry to hear that you had trouble contacting us after your order was placed. We are aware that we did, unfortunately, have problems with losing e-mails that were coming to us via our Website recently but this has now been resolved. Just to reassure you, on-line orders receive an automatic e-mail confirmation and whilst telephone orders are currently confirmed at the time of scheduling the delivery, we will review this to see if confirmations can be provided earlier in the process.
Taking your comments on board we have also updated our website contact details to include office opening hours and information on our messaging service to re-assure our customers.
