Good service considering it was last minute before a bank holiday
Also they offered us later flights back to Southampton than Expedia so we had the whole day instead of a lunchtime flight

The booking service was clear and quick to do. All information was delivered quickly. Staff were available to answer any queries

The service was excellent and JT procedure was easy to follow. The staff were friendly and efficient and went out of there way to ensure we got the holiday we requested.

We really enjoyed our stay the food and service is excellent and the hotel is a historically important and a wonderful place to stay being on Liberation Square.
