Jersey Travel were on the ball when the travel times were changed twice by the airline, checking with us to be sure that we were not too inconvenienced.

Quiet but perfectly located hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean, food was very good. All the staff we met were friendly and extremely helpful.

The ferry service was very good and the assistance for those with mobility issues was excellent.
I was sent NO details of the hotel including the location of the hotel and my mobile phone would not...
