Everything was done online, plenty of information and details. We had no problem booking. Do miss the interaction with people though.

Booking flights, transport to and from hotel and hotel excellent. The Merton Hotel was brilliant and have no complaints.

We had a delay but it wasn't too long but we are going to book again for next year service on board plane very good assistant to was good for Assisted travel

I realise this may be out of your control but the flight delays both ways spoiled our overall experience. It seems from talking to the hotel and other passengers that this delay is a regular...

Fairly efficient but basic service - customer services phone number operated on restricted hours and the package we bought (flight + hotel) did not include any flight baggage allowance or transfers...
