Very smooth and efficient booking service, good choice of venues and accommodation. Slightly spoilt by some delays in responding to queries on BA flight cancellation .

The booking process was effortless and Liz went the extra mile by printing all the boarding information and passes off, as she sensed I did feel comfortable doing this online.

Thank you for your kind words, we are glad you felt our booking process was efficient and overall you had a nice stay at the Best Western Royal, I will pass your comments directly to the hotel in regards to the noise you experienced on a couple of the nights. We hope that you visit Jersey again in the near future.
