Thank you for leaving us a review, its great to hear that you were happy with our staff. I am sorry to hear that you are frustrated because the branch didn't keep the fittings. Rest assured, we will soon be offering a click and collect service! We are working on this currently and part of what we are working on is reviewing the range of products our branches keep in stock, to ensure that we offer the appropriate range of products to all of our customers across the UK.
We cannot give an exact date yet to when this will be launched, however its coming!
