Worst customer service
I placed an order of just a 6m drainage pipe, the courier company confirmed delivery which the item was never delivered, courier company then admits that they broke the drainage pipe. Six days later...

Great service
Delivery quicker than promised. Excellent communication. Products well wrapped and in good order. My only suggestion is that white sticky tape is only applied to packaging, not to the product...
