The staff I have dealt with in Northumberland are great, I have also had the same delivery guy twice who is a very pleasant man and very helpful nothing was a problem to him, he unpacked my furniture...

Our order was delivered in less than a week, unfortunately it was taken out of the boxes.
Which we didn't want, but they are supplying us with new packaging.
All in all very good service.
