A bit deceptive, I thought I was buying an innovative product that was cheaper but it ended up being the same and quite expensive.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. If you are not happy with the product, there is a 14 days cooling of period to cancel the policy and receive a refund. You can also submit a formal complaint by emailing complaints@insureandgo.com.au.
