I gave 4 stars as the process was straight forward and they respond to queries in a timely manner, however I haven't had to claim so unable to give 5 stars at the moment but will definitely use them...

You sent an email when we returned from our trip with a claim form. We didn't need it but it was very considerate thing to do. Other companies make it so difficult to find a form to claim!
