Hi Vickie, thanks for your feedback and apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused in dealing with your support ticket. We are glad that the issues with your phone was resolved by our Engineer over the phone however, we have looked in to your case and identified there was certainly an error on our part regarding the response timeline. Fortunately, these are very rare and we have established this was down to a technical glitch with our system on that day which has now been fully rectified.
