I really like the user interface. Service was quick and easy. One suggestion would be to allow a custom testing panel where the user can pick the tests they need.

Easy process but Clinics have Lack of Knowledge about how i-screen works.
Everything was smooth except when I visited 2 clinics. 1st said they only deal their existing clients and I had to visit another 2nd clinic. Also, before taking my sample they asked for GP...
