Thank you for your feedback on Feefo. We are always looking for ways to improve our products and service to customers. I note that we have been in contact regarding your concern for the bathroom range you purchased through us online compared to that of the home show. Both the home show and online stock came form exactly the same warehouse and as I was explaining, the streaking that has occurred on the face washers looks like a chemical reaction as opposed to a faded product. This is also the same viewpoint shared by our quality control team who we sent your goods off for testing. I understand as you said you use a septic system and don't use any facial products with peroxides or bleaching agents but without knowing the full story it is difficult to pinpoint what has gone wrong. As mentioned to you, we are more than happy to replace the washer that you sent to us and pop in another one for the trouble. I am sorry that this has occurred but as said the streaking on the face washer does look like more of a chemical reaction and not like it has faded. We thanks you so much for your feedback. Thank you for providing us with feedback through Feefo. We are always looking to find ways of improving everything that we do. I have just looked back at your order and there were 3 sets of sheets (2 Jane Barrington – Oatmeal and Cream – and 1 Renee Taylor. I actual fact the Jane Barrington's are a dearer sheet (they are made by IDC which goes through a a lot of boutique bedding stores for really high prices so I am confused about the fitted sheet. Did this also happen with the cream set as this was the same brand or were you referring to another brand purchased at a home show? The 40cm wall is standard for a deep wall mattress – I’m thinking you have previously purchased one of our “Super deep” MEGA fitted sheet sets which actually have a 50cm fitted sheet. Have you measured the depth of your mattress? The cream set you purchased with this order was also Jane Barrington, did you have the same problem with this set or is this still unopened? We have many had many happy customers over the time and apologise for this unfortunate situation. I recall at the time of you contacting us I had explained I was dealing with a critical family emergency in which case I had instructed HQ to take care of your replacement set as I couldn't deal with you directly. It has only been since we have launched Feefo only recently that we have now discovered that this was not the case, even though I was told that it had been dispatched to you. I know now that we did get the replacement sent to you just last week and am glad you have received it and are now happy with the quality. Our company is professional and this kind of thing is out of the ordinary. I am glad that we have now rectified the issue for you and that you can finally use the sheets you had ordered.
