Gas and electricity comparison

So easy to see all companys current rates and plans to make comparrision a breeze. Follow up support was fantastic when there was a problem with my gas connection.

We’re sorry to hear this has been frustrating. The process should be clear and straightforward, and it sounds like we didn’t deliver on that here. While some offers do have conditions, they should always be easy to follow. We’d appreciate the chance to look into it and help resolve things, so please reach out to us at customerresolutions@comparethemarket.com.au with your details. We hope you have a great day! - Lochlan
